Everything on this site is free for education, personal study, and non-commercial research under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. If you want to apply this research to a product, a service, or a commercial project, the Foundation offers three ways to work together.
Data License
The Dataset
Commercial use rights to the Spectrum Energy dataset and the published research. This includes the complete data file with all elements, compounds, and isotopes classified by coupling behavior across every energy band, and the research notes documenting the physics, design principles, and system concepts behind it. Reading and learning are free. Applying them to a commercial product or service requires this license. Annual license, renewable.

Advisory Engagement
Applied Expertise
The Foundation's research applied to your specific commercial problem. We identify candidate materials, control approaches, and design gaps for your application. Hourly or project-based.

Technology License
Build from the Designs
Rights to build from the Spectrum Energy Reactor, Spectrum Energy Cell, or other system designs developed from this research. If your organization has the capability to build and test a proof of concept, development partnerships with preferred licensing terms are available now.

The Principle
The research notes are free. The charts are free. The educational value is free. That is what builds the audience and the reputation.
Revenue comes from commercial application — data licensing, advisory expertise, and eventually technology licensing. The two sides of the license work together: free education creates the knowledge, commercial licensing puts it to work.
